RESTORE ENGINE RESTORER & LUBRICANT
Please read carefully the instructions we send you with RESTORE Engine Restorer & Lubricant before commencing treatment. In particular, never use RESTORE with friction-reducing oils or plant Esters or in the fuel tank of engines requiring a petroil mix.

RESTORE is not a quick-fix for mechanical problems such as bad or broken valves, rings or seals, cracked cylinder walls or heads etc. nor is it a substitute for regular maintenance i.e. oil and filter changes at the recommended intervals. It is a technological innovation that fights the aging effects of friction and wear. Please obtain a fault diagnosis from a motor technician if you have a problem that you are looking for RESTORE to fix before you commence treatment so that your expectations for RESTORE are not unrealistic.

Ametech RESTORE and MPC products are all backed by our 90 day money back guarantee. We have such confidence in these products and their abilities to improve, enhance and protect the performance of your vehicle or machinery, that we will give you your money back if you are not happy with the results after 1000 miles (or 20 hours) of use. This guarantee applies to the first unit of any product purchased, providing it has been used in accordance with the instructions provided. If you are dissatisfied with any product just drop us a line with a brief explanation as to why you were unhappy with the product, together with your name, address and order number, and we will refund the cost of the product in full. If you have purchased more than one unit, we will refund your money on the first unit and you can return any unused product unopened, again within 90 days, for a refund. Return postage costs are not refundable. This Guarantee applies to one unit purchase per product only and one refund request per lifetime, individual, family or address. Multiple product purchases do not apply and will not be honoured. Requests for refunds under the money-back guarantee will not be entertained more than 90 days after the date of purchase.

If a product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, return it to us, with your receipt, stating details of the fault. We will either refund your payment or replace faulty goods at our discretion. We do not refund carriage. All products should be in a suitably clean and safe state for repair, and should be packaged carefully to prevent damage or injury during transportation. We may reject unsuitable or unsafe deliveries.

If any Silverline Tools product develops a fault after 30 days a guarantee claim must be submitted on-line to Silverline Tools at www.silverlinetools.com.

MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order value we will accept on this website is £5.00.

RETURNS POLICY
Refunds will be given on unopened products returned to us within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging (but not on return postage and packing charges).

VAT CHARGES
Engine Restore UK Limited is registered for VAT. Product prices are shown including VAT. Delivery charges are also subject to VAT, which will be applied and shown in the Shopping Cart. Our VAT registration no. is 922 3334 52.

We accept INSTANT payments through PAYPAL, and eCheques, however, if you are paying by eCheque, please be aware that it takes up to 10 days for PayPal to clear your payment to our account and, consequently, there will be a delay in shipping your order whilst we await clearance of your payment. PayPal will convert your payment to an eCheque, instead of an instant payment, if you do not have credit card details placed on your PayPal account as a back-up funding source, or if some of the card details held on your PayPal account are out-of-date or incorrect (perhaps due to change in your card expiry date, card number, address etc.) If PayPal have converted your payment to an eCheque unexpectedly, check the details on your PayPal account are up-to-date and correct them if necessary. Contact PayPal if the problem persists.

You can pay by most major DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS either on-line via the website or by calling 01449 760244 during office hours. If you wish to send a CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER, please make it payable to Engine Restore UK Limited and send it to Engine Restore UK Limited, The Old Bell, Stone Street, Crowfield, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 9SZ. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared to our account, which could take up to 5 working days.

Supported by Alliance & Leicester, PAYOFFLINE provides an innovative and new way to pay for internet purchases allowing consumers to shop online and pay offline with cash or debit card at their local Payzone outlet. If you chose to pay by this method you will need to print the invoice provided on screen at the end of the transaction. DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code or voucher code to be used in conjunction with any one order. Entering more than one discount code in the shopping cart will invalidate the order.

DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.  Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (providing this is not a bank holiday).

To Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - UK Standard delivery (up to 5 working days) is FREE on all orders. If you have chosen UK Standard delivery, please allow 10 working days for your goods to reach you.

For an additional charge, you can choose to have your order delivered by:

  • UK Mainland Express service (2-3 working days)
  • UK Mainland Next Day service (delivered Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).  Orders must be placed and payment received by 12 noon for same day shipping.  If your order is received after 12 noon, it will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the subsequent working day.  If you order is placed and paid for before 12 noon on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (providing this is not a bank holiday).

We are happy to quote for Express delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands of Scotland upon request.

For International shipping, the minimum shipping/handling charge on any order is £3.50 for Ireland and Europe and £5.00 for Rest of World. In addition to this, products carry an additional charge for each item ordered, calculated according to weight and subsequent postal/delivery rates to the delivery zone and address requested.

VAT is applied to shipping/handling charges in the Shopping Cart.

We may at our discretion split your order into more than one parcel where this is necessary to comply with our carriers' weight restrictions. 


For delivery within the UK, we ship by Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide and the choice of carrier is at our discretion. Royal Mail do not guarantee their delivery times for 1st or 2nd Class mail and even though most customers receive their parcels within 1-5 working days, sometimes there will be a delay, which is outside our control. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed since posting. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days of posting please contact us so we may make investigations for you.

For overseas delivery, we ship by Royal Mail Surface Mail International Signed For or Parcelforce Worldwide and the choice of carrier is at our discretion. Estimated delivery times published by Royal Mail are as follows:

  • Western Europe -  up to 2 weeks from date of posting
  • Eastern Europe - up to 5 weeks
  • North America - up to 6 weeks
  • South America, Africa and Asia - up to 8 weeks
  • Australasia - up to 12 weeks
If you have not received your parcel within the above estimated delivery times please contact us so we may make investigations for you. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by interception of any parcel by the carrier, airline or customs authorities, which is beyond our control

You will be required to sign for most parcels upon receipt, so please make sure someone will be around during the day, at the address you have given, to receive the parcel. If no-one is in, a card will be left asking you to pick-up from the local sorting office or to call the delivery agents to arrange re-delivery; if the item is not picked up or delivery rearranged within 7 days (in the case of Royal Mail) or 16 days (in the case of Parcelforce) of receipt of this card, the parcel will be returned to us. We have no other option, under these circumstances, but to pass on to you any charges levied by the delivery agents for returning parcels to us and for any subsequent re-delivery to you.

Where we make delivery charges, these cover both postage and packing and are subject to UK VAT. We take care to pack our customers parcels well, using professional packing materials appropriate to the nature of product being carried & we aim to dispatch orders on a daily basis, Monday to Friday.
